My name is Ganesh Bhojaanna Kotian, Emp code: 912401 working with you since 1st November 2013. I am finding it really difficult to work with your organisation. As I have been hired to render my services not to get mentally disturbed with the activities of senior manager from operations Babu Kizhakkel and Senior Executive from TED Surbhi Sogani. I was hired for Share Point Online and after a long wait, I was moved to Share Point Onprem Core going through an interview process and I was informed I been given a chance to go for a high end tech process which would have better opportunities said by Delbert DMello Group Leader from Share Point Onprem.
By unfortunately I couldn, t clear my training assessment. so I am on paid bench from 13 - December 2013 - 11th January 2013. I was adviced to send my resume to Senior Executive from TED Surbhi Sogani So I mailed her the details and cc to Babu Kizhakkel and Prerna Mallik. There was no follup from CSF team nor from the Operation team. and When I tried reaching Surbhi Sogani she says I am not the one who take care of all this. You would have to contact the Operations team. So den on January 3 I resent an email to Prerna to check on m redeployment process. However I dint get any reply. So I walked in on Monday 6th January 2014 met Surbhi Sogani and asked for Prernas Number I called her up and informed her about the redeployment process. She said Operations team will conduct your interview and Babu called me.
I was interviewed by Victor and Joshua and I was asked to leave. After 4 attempts on 7 January 2014 I get a feedback that I am rejected on Technical grounds. Reason is not justified by the Operations team. And now I am no where just three days left for my Paid Bench to be over. And I am no were in the company. What after that so I am informed that I would have to go for a separation policy. I tried searching all the policy and procedures on my wipro.wipro.com I could not find any such policy and procedures. Now my query is which IR and Labour law says after one moth paid bench u would have to go for a separation policy. Under what Chapter it falls?
I seriously want people sitting at a higher management please get this issue resolved as I am in a service agreement with the company for 1 year then separation policy for what? And why should I affect my resume? Just 3 months experience is not considered any where And if that is the case I am forced to move out then lets have it open forum in front of Media and Labour Officers.
Hope to get a positive reply from your end coz people sitting at higher management are more responsible and give listening ears. to this kind of issue as suggested by one of my colleagues.
